Egleton Leroy Woodside Ministries™, the name, image, voice, likeness and biographical identity of Egleton Leroy Woodside, and associated teachings, ministries, brands, systems, music, books, media, events, leadership programs, digital properties, and original content are owned by their respective rights holder(s). Website access, attendance, partnership, donation, enrollment, or purchase does not transfer ownership or create an implied license.
Protected materials include sermons, prophetic and apostolic teachings, sermon outlines, books, manuscripts, curricula, leadership systems, ministry frameworks, music compositions, lyrics, arrangements, recordings, performances, broadcasts, podcasts, photographs, video, voice recordings, likeness rights, logos, trademarks, event formats, databases, website copy, software concepts, prompts, workflows, AI-agent designs, and proprietary methodologies.
Protected material may not be copied, scraped, recorded, impersonated, cloned, synthesized, republished, modified, distributed, sold, publicly performed, rebroadcast, reverse engineered, used to train an AI system, or incorporated into ministries, courses, events, media, software, merchandise, music releases, digital avatars, or commercial offerings without written authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits.
Personal spiritual use does not authorize institutional, ministry, educational, publishing, music, synchronization, mechanical, performance, broadcast, merchandising, endorsement, name-image-likeness, software, franchise, or AI-related use. Authorized use requires a written agreement defining the property, purpose, audience, media, territory, term, fees or royalties, attribution, doctrinal and quality controls, approval rights, and termination terms.
